SORGANIC Cheese Baked Rice

Ingredients:

  1. ½ Onion
  2. Handful of Garlic
  3. 1 Tea Spoon Pepper
  4. 1 Tea Spoon Salt
  5. 3 Streaks of Bacon (can be excluded for vegetarian)
  6. 2 pieces of Cheese
  7. 200ml of SORGANIC (SORGANIC Soy Powder *flavour as your prefer 60g + 200ml warm water)
  8. Cooked brown rice/white rice/black rice – 1 person portion
  9. Side dishes – own choice – broccoli, sweet corn, tomato etc.

Preparation:

  1. Heat up the pan and pour in olive oil.
  2. Put in chopped onion and garlic, stir fry for 1min.
  3. Add in salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. Add in bacon then SORGANIC Organic Soy Drink, stir for 20 seconds.
  5. Add in cooked brown rice and stir until the texture become thicken.
  6. Tasty and healthy SORGANIC Cheese Baked Rice is ready to be served.

SORGANIC Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  2. 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into cubes
  3. ½ cup butter, softened
  4. ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  5. ¼ cup fresh green peas
  6. ¼ cup diced cooked ham (can be excluded for vegetarian)
  7. 1 person portion spaghetti
  8. 200ml of SORGANIC Organic Soy Drink (SORGANIC Soy Powder *flavour as your prefer 60g + 200ml warm water)

Preparation:

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 13 minutes. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving drippings in pan; set bacon aside.
  5. Cook and stir garlic in the remaining bacon grease over medium heat.
  6. Add SORGANIC Organic Soy Drink, cream cheese, and butter to skillet; stir until smooth. Stir Parmesan cheese, peas, ham, and bacon into cream cheese mixture; cook until peas are heated through, about 5 minutes more.
  7. Mix spaghetti into sauce.
  8. Tasty and healthy SORGANIC Carbonara Pasta is ready to be served.

Quinoa Spring Roll

Ingredients:

  1. 100g Capsicum Annuum,
  2. 150g Cucumber
  3. 100g Carrot
  4. 100g SORGANIC REAL GRAIN Quinoa
  5. 1 pack Rice Paper

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the Quinoa under cold water. Tip into a saucepan, cover with water with ratio 1 : 2.5 (Quinoa : Water) and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the grains have swollen but still have some bite. Drain, then transfer to a bowl to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the vegetable into pieces, put aside.
  3. Use a hot towel to soak the rice paper for not more than 3 minutes, (Or do a quick dip in a warm water and transfer to a clean tower).
  4. Transfer the Rice Paper onto a chopper board, fold about 3 spoon of quinoa then comes with layer vegetables. Fold in the two side rice paper and roll up.
  5. Serve with any sauce you like.

Millet Black Cake

Ingredients:

i.  30g Real Grain Millet
ii. 60g Real Grain Black Rice
iii. 70g Rose Flour
iv. 5 Eggs
v. 75g Sorganic Natural Soy Milk
vi. 100g Sugar

Preparation:

i. Blend Millet & Black Rice into powder. Set aside.
ii. Shift the rose flour, black rice powder, and millet powder. Put aside.
iii. Divide egg yolk and egg white into 2 bowl. Add 1/3 sugar and soy milk into egg yolk and beat
until lightly yellowish.
iv. Use electrical beater beat the egg white to bubbles foam, add quarter sugar into egg white, beat
until soft peak, add in another sugar quarter by quarter into egg white. Beat until stiff peaks.
v. Add 1/3 egg white into egg yolk batter, gently whisk from bottom to top until mix well. Add another 1/3 egg white and repeat the same way until all batter are mix well.
vi. Pout the batter into a 8″ cake mold (with oil wash), cover with plate or wrapper.
vii. Steam for 30 minutes, off heat simmer for 5 minutes.
viii. Let totally cool and ready to serve.

Soy Strawberry Smoothies

Ingredients:

i. 1 cup SORGANIC Active soy Milk
ii. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
iii. 1/2 Banana
iv. 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Preparation:

i. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
ii. Enjoy it.
