Q1 : What is your delivery time?
Ans : Package will be delivered between 09:00 – 18:00 on business day by Citylink. No deliveries available on weekend or public holiday.
Q2 : When can I get my order?
Ans : SORGANIC makes every effort to deliver your order within 3-5 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) in West Malaysia, and 5-8 working days in East Malaysia. once the package is out from our warehouse, we is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery such as the delay of flight, adverse weather conditions or congestion. In these situation, we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.
Q3 :Do you offer Free Shipping>
Ans: For West Malaysia, SORGANIC provide free shipping if your order value is more than RM100. If the order value is lower than minimum, then will be charge a flat rate of RM10.
For East Malaysia,

*For every RM100 different, the shipping cost will be charge another RM20.
Q4 : How can I track my order?
Ans: After your payment have made, you will received notification indicate the consignment tracking number.

Q5 : How to do if I want cancel my order?
Ans : You are only allow to cancel order if the product is not yet shipped out. Once the product is shipped out from our warehouse, you are not allow to make any cancellation.
Q6 : How Can I refund if I cancel my order?
Ans : Refund will be credit to your account within a week time. You will get notification once the amount have been credited.
