SORGANIC Cereal Combo

Ingredients:

  1. Warm Water
  2. SORGANIC Organic Soy Powder (flavour as your wish)
  3. Muesli
  4. All sorts of Grains/Nuts/Oats Meal

Preparation:

  1. Add in warm water (± 60°C) into a bowl.
    *30g (± 3 table spoons) of SORGANIC is to be mixed with 180ml water
  2. Stir well again.
  3. Add in Muesli and all sorts of your favourite grains/nuts/oats meal.
  4. Add in more warm water
  5. Stir well using a fork or egg beater to create the smoothest and tastiest texture.
  6. Add in SORGANIC according to the proportion.
  7. Tasty and healthy SORGANIC Cereal Combo is ready to be served.

Preparation time: Less than 2 minutes

SORGANIC Fruit Blend

Ingredients:

  1. Cold Water
  2. SORGANIC Organic Soy Powder (flavour as your wish)
  3. 1 Banana (or all types of fruits as you like)

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fruit into pieces and put them into the blender
  2. Add in water into the blender to the level covering up the cut fruit
    *30g (± 3 table spoons) of SORGANIC is to be mixed with 180ml water
  3. Blend for 1 seconds.
  4. Add in more water if the texture is too thick.
  5. Blend for 4 seconds.
  6. Add in SORGANIC according to the proportion.
  7. Tasty and healthy SORGANIC Fruit Blend is ready to be served.

Dark Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

i.   1 Banana (cut into slide)
ii.  50g Mixed Fresh Berries
iii. 2 cup SORGANIC Natural Soy Milk
iv.  1 cup ready-to-eat Real Grain Quinoa
v.   2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
vi.  2tbsp Maple Syrup
vii. 1 pinch of Sea Salt
viii. 3 squares Dark Chocolate
ix.   50g Chia Seeds (or any nuts, dries fruits)

Preparation:
i. Add Quinoa, Soy Milk, Cocoa Powder, salt and Chia Seed in a medium bowl, gently mix well.
ii. Put the Berries, Banana, Dark Chocolate on top.
iii.Top with some Maple Syrup for seasoning.
iv. A Healthy and energetic breakfast is ready to serve.
